How does the returns and refundĀ process run and how much it costs?

Please check and select your orders carefully, asĀ once you received itĀ CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.

Please check your order upon reception and return it with the delivery man if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

In caseĀ you change your mind please return to the delivery man and just pay the shipping fees, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you would like to initiate a refund due to a receiving a damaged item,Ā you have to capture it andĀ contact us at our instagram account .If your return is accepted, we'll send you a delivery person to pick up your order without any shipment fees.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your Bank account within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund too.

Regarding Hats : Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns, exchange or issue refunds for hats.

Once we received your exchange form within 3 days from receiving your order, a new order will be prepared for you and you have to prepare the one you need to exchange your item and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packagingĀ unless it do not have any defects by your side onceĀ Ā we've received and inspected it we will send you the new orderĀ but,Ā in this caseĀ  you have to pay all shipping fees.
