Exchange and Return Policy

 

Dear Mavericks beloved customer, we are happy to serve you any time for best online shopping experience.

 

How does the returns and refund process run and how much it costs?

Please check and select your orders carefully, as once you received it CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.

Please check your order upon reception and return it with the delivery man if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

In case you change your mind please return to the delivery man and just pay the shipping fees, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you would like to initiate a refund due to a receiving a damaged item, you have to capture it and contact us at support@Maverickseg.com.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a delivery person to pick up your order without any shipment fees.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your Bank account within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund too.

Regarding Hats : Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns, exchange or issue refunds for hats.

How does the exchange process run and how much it costs?

Once we received your exchange form, a new order will be prepared for you and you have to prepare the one you need to exchange your item and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unless it do not have any defects by your side once  we've received and inspected it we will send you the new order but, in this case  you have to pay all shipping fees.

N.B: if you buy an offer or on a sale time from Mavericks there will be no refund or exchange to this order.
